How to generate BoD reports, download PDFs, and share board-ready financial summaries.
The Mizan Healthcare demo can produce monthly executive reports that summarize synthetic performance, highlight risks, and provide recommended actions for discussion.
Click 'BoD Reports' in the left sidebar under Documents. You will see a list of all previously generated board reports, sorted by date. Each card shows the period, generation date, and a brief preview of the report content.
Click Generate New Report. Select the month and year you want to analyze. The local demo report uses the same Mizan Healthcare source model as the dashboard, chat, and risk views.
The report opens automatically after generation. It includes: an Executive Summary, KPI highlights with variance analysis, detected anomalies and their severity, strategic recommendations with owner and SLA, and a CFO Action Plan. Review the content before sharing.
Click 'Download PDF' at the top of the report. The system generates a print-optimized PDF with your organization's branding. The PDF is fully bilingual — if your account language is set to Arabic, the PDF will be in Arabic with RTL layout. Save or email the PDF to stakeholders.
Generate reports for complete months only — partial month data will produce less accurate AI analysis since trends and comparisons require a full period.
If a report's anomaly section seems empty or generic, it may mean the data for that period was loaded after the report was generated. Delete the report and regenerate it.
Reports are stored permanently until you delete them. Use the delete button on the report card to remove outdated reports and keep the list clean.
