Common Questions

This Mizan Healthcare demo uses local synthetic data, so dashboard values are available without a backend sync. If a chart looks stale, refresh the browser and confirm the selected date, entity, and department filters.
For the demo, access is controlled by the local application session. Use the demo login flow and keep role changes out of the Mizan Healthcare presentation unless the audience asks about future production controls.
Net Income = Total Revenue − Total Allocated Costs for the selected period and facility scope. 'Total Allocated Costs' includes direct costs (COGS), SG&A (operating expenses), and any overhead allocated to the selected entity. It does not include depreciation or financing costs unless your organization's data model includes them. The formula is applied consistently across all dashboard views and BoD reports.
The vs Budget comparison shows the variance between synthetic Mizan Healthcare actuals and pre-modeled budget targets for the same period, entity, and department. Budget values are hard-coded in the local source model so dashboard, risk, and chat views reconcile.
A negative margin means the Mizan Healthcare entity or department allocated costs exceed its revenue for the selected period. This can happen when the unit carries shared facility overhead, maintenance cycles, or unusual one-time costs. Use the cost breakdown view to identify which cost category is driving the negative margin.
For the demo, use PDF or browser print output for shareable snapshots. Direct Excel/CSV export is not part of the frontend-only Mizan Healthcare scope.
YTD (Year to Date) covers from January 1st of the current calendar year through the most recent complete month of data available in the system. For example, if the latest data is through March, YTD shows January–March. The exact data freshness is shown in the data version header on each dashboard page. If your organization uses a fiscal year that differs from the calendar year, contact your administrator — fiscal year alignment is a configuration option.
Empty charts usually mean one of three things: (1) No data has been loaded for the selected filter combination — try widening the date range or removing entity/segment filters; (2) The data sync has not yet run for the selected period — check the data version indicator; (3) Your user role may not have access to certain entities — contact your administrator to verify your permissions. If all filters are cleared and charts are still empty, the underlying data pipeline may need attention.
The Mizan Healthcare AI Analyst is grounded strictly in the local synthetic model. It cannot access live Mizan Healthcare systems, audited actuals, external benchmarks, stock data, or real-time operational feeds.
Go to Account Settings (click your name in the top-right corner, then 'Account'). Under 'Personal Information', find the Language selector and choose 'العربية'. Save your changes. The entire interface — including dashboards, reports, and AI responses — will switch to Arabic with full RTL layout support. Your language preference is saved to your profile and will persist across sessions.
